Securities report data provided on the Site (including CSV files) is based on EDINET and public disclosures by each company. However, the Site makes no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, usefulness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Errors may occur during mechanical data processing.
Self-Responsibility for Investment Decisions (No Investment Solicitation)
Blog articles and data on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment solicitation, recommendation, or advice for any specific security. Trading financial products such as stocks involves risk. Please make final investment decisions at your own judgment and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
The Site shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Services (including investment losses due to data errors, opportunity losses, and lost profits).

- Mass or automated acquisition of data on the Services through scraping or similar means (placing excessive load on servers)
- Redistributing or selling downloaded CSV data to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge
- Conduct that may interfere with operation of the Site
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
Article 6 (Changes, Suspension, or Termination of Services)
The Site may change or discontinue the Services without prior notice to Users, and shall not be liable for any damages to Users arising therefrom.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
The Site may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when deemed necessary.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes regarding the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district courts of Japan.
Article 9 (Miscellaneous)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be determined through consultation between Users and the Site.
